House parties are a chance to welcome the fun and inspiration of herbal pasta into your own home with friends and family of your choosing.

I bring the herbal pasta pizzazz and you provide the space, people, basic kitchen supplies and whatever you would enjoy to make a fun house party (music, wine, antipasta, dessert, etc.).

Together, we will make hand formed semolina pasta featuring tonic herbs that are nourishing and safe for a wide range of people and enjoy a dinner featuring said pasta.

House parties are designed around you and your guests desires and experience.

Even if your friends have never made herbal tea before, they will still love making and eating herbal pasta.

If everyone is an experienced herbalist, we can dive deep into the nerdy aspects of medicinal comfort food.

House parties are casual, fun, intimate and designed around you.

There are three tiers of house parties based on range. Range effects price and availability (regional parties have limited availability).

Neighbor Parties are available in these select towns in VT: Barnet, Peacham, Danville, St. Johnsbury, Lyndonville.

Local Parties (available in Northern VT and Northern NH)

Regional Parties (available in the Northeast)

Neighbor parties are $250 for up to 6 people and $495 for 7 to 12 people.

Local parties are $525 for up to 8 people to account for travel time/ cost and my amazing assistant.

Local Chef, mom, and micro farmer, Elise Nickerson, offers a delicious menu of catered add ons for your party, including appetizers, salads, soups, sides, bread, and dessert. From a classic antipasto to pancetta and rosemary shrimp to mushroom ricotta frittata, this delectable menu is lovingly crafted from as many local and sustainable ingredients as possible. Kits include organic finely milled USA grown semolina flour, organic herbs, a postcard sized recipe magnet, an Italian made beechwood malloreddus board, and a coupon for an herbal pasta party, allowing everyone to quickly and easily begin their own herbal pasta journey when they get home. Hosts can pre order kits for their guests or interested guests can purchase a kit at the house party.

When you book a party, you need to put down a 20% deposit to hold your date. So for a Neighbor party for up to 6 people, you will need to put down a $50 deposit via cash, check, or paypal.

Payment in full is due one week before the party.

Neighbor and local parties that are cancelled at least two weeks before the scheduled party will receive a full refund.

Regional parties that are cancelled at least a month in advance receive a full refund.

Partial refunds and/or rescheduling are available for all other cases.
